SHERIFF’S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON — Steven C. Luna, 33, of Covelo, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. Nov. 26 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and possessing a controlled substance, and booked at the county jail under $15,000 bail. The MCSO arrested him.

VEHICLE THEFT — Kenton M. Colberg, 25, of Fort Bragg, was arrested at 2 p.m. Nov. 26 on suspicion of vehicle theft and violating his probation terms, and booked at the county jail under $15,000 bail. The California Highway Patrol arrested him.

MARIJUANA SALES — Torren A, Hebel, 23, of Willits, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 26 on suspicion of transporting marijuana for sale and possessing marijuana for sale, and booked at the county jail under $30,000 bail. The MCSO arrested him.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON — Brian K. Deeter, 49, of Fort Bragg, was arrested at 4 p.m. Nov. 26 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and booked at the county jail under $30,00 bail. The MCSO arrested him.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON — Jesse M. Hughes, 31, of San Francisco, was arrested at 7:54 a.m. Nov. 27 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and resisting or threatening an officer, and booked at the county jail under $60,000 bail. The MCSO arrested him.

DUI — Tyler R. Lindgren, 24, of Ukiah, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. Nov. 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit and violating his probation terms, and booked at the county jail. The MCSO arrested him.

DUI — Jeffery A. Lance, 39, of Mendocino, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. Nov. 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit, and booked at the county jail. The CHP arrested him.

DUI — Angelina M. Castaneda, 28, of Fresno, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. Nov. 28 on suspicion of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit, fighting or challenging another in a public place to fight, public intoxication and violating her probation terms, and booked at the county jail. The MCSO arrested her.

DUI — Daniel C. Cueba, 27, of Clayton, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Nov. 28 on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit, and booked at the county jail. The CHP arrested him.

DUI — Constance E. Prickett, 48, of Ukiah, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. Nov. 29 on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, and booked at the county jail. The CHP arrested her.

DUI — Eric D. Gibson, 42, of Willits, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Nov. 29 on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit, and booked at the county jail under $5,000 bail. The CHP arrested him.

ABUSE CAUSING GREAT HARM OR DEATH — Candice R. Hawkins, 29, of Covelo, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. Nov. 29 on suspicion of elder or dependent adult abuse causing great harm or death and booked at the county jail under $50,000 bail. The MCSO arrested her.

DUI — Matthew L. Finck, 43, of Hidden Valley, was arrested at 7 p.m. Nov. 30 on suspicion of driving under the influence and being under the influence of a controlled substance, and booked at the county jail under $32,500 bail. The CHP arrested him.

RECKLESS EVADING — Josiah W. McDade-Fischer, 25, of Laytonville, was arrested at 7:54 a.m. Monday on suspicion of recklessly evading a peace officer, driving without a license and illegal entry, and booked at the county jail. The MCSO arrested him.

DUI WITH PRIORS — James A. States, 33, of San Francisco, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence with prior convictions and failing to appear in court, and booked at the county jail. The Ukiah Police Department arrested him.

DUI — Luis J. Barajas, 30, of Ukiah, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit, and booked at the county jail under $15,000 bail. The CHP arrested him.

DUI — Ian A. Boswell, 31, of South Lake Tahoe, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence and possessing a controlled substance, and booked at the county jail under $10,000 bail. The CHP arrested him.

Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant: all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
